ABOUT US

We make great bagels using fresh-milled, pre-fermented heirloom grains, extended fermentation, and a wood-fired oven.

Our grains are milled by friends at Boulted Bread. Our coffee is roasted by friends at Jubala Coffee.

We use Duke’s mayo, exclusively.

As a team, we are committed to three fundamentals: Do your best. Don’t take yourself too seriously. And try to enjoy the ride.
