ABOUT US

We make great bagels using fresh-milled, pre-fermented heirloom grains, extended fermentation and a wood-fired oven.

We make great coffee using our vintage, retrofitted La Marzocco Linea, artful finesse, and big-time joy.

And we make a great fried bologna sandwich. Our menu employs high-brow ingredients but is meant to be playful, hearty and unpretentious.

As a team, we are committed to three fundamentals: Do your best. Don’t take yourself too seriously. Enjoy the ride.
